Ice Cream Truck Device driver Supercharged With Outraging Miss, 13
A Mr. Ding-A-Ling ice cream truck driver has been nailed on charges he sacked a 13-year-old girl he saw on MySpace.
William Schenmeyer, 21, of Due east Greenbush, N.Y., was supercharged with second-degree rape, sex abuse and perilling the social welfare of a fry, the North Nation Gazette reports.
Schenmeyer, a driver for ice cream distributer Mr. Ding-A-Ling, had got intimate physical contact with the girl on at least two occasion, agreeing to the Gazette.
He was arraigned at Poestenkill Townsfolk Court and directed to the Rensselaer County Jail.
