Shrub to Negative Bill Blackball Waterboarding
Washington President Shrub is braced to veto legislation that would bar the CIA from using waterboarding - a proficiency that imitates overwhelming - and former harsh interrogation methods on affright suspects.
The president plotted to speak about the veto in his Saturday radio address.
